In 2009 the Club introduced the Claremont Women's Football Club Hall of Fame. This is a way for the Club to honour past players, officials and volunteers. The Hall of Fame has specifically been created to celebrate and honour our previous club members who have made a significant contribution to the Club on the field.

Members can be nominated for a place in the Hall of Fame once they have played 100 or more games or have served six years as a volunteer for the Club.

kim.besser2009 - Inaugural Inductee
Kim Besser
Our inaugural inductee played her first game for the club in 1992, and although she played only two games that year she went on to play many more before her retirement in 2007.

Unfortunately, we may never know exactly how many games Kim has played for the club due to missing stats for 2001-02, but event without those years included she has played 131 games for the Club.  It is pretty safe to say that she would easily have eclipesd the 150 game mark, if not come pretty darn close.

Kim continues her involvement with the Club as a regular goal umpire and can always be counted on to turn up to put on the big white jacket when we need her help.
